Nick Beckett joined Balmain in 2003 after 10 years commercial and institutional banking experience and is now the managing partner of Balmain’s Sydney Office.
His strong financial skills, property experience and extensive financial market contacts are core to the success of his large and diverse portfolio of commercial property investor and developer clients.
Nick holds an Undergraduate Degree in Economics from UNSW and a Masters Degree in Management from MGSM.
Surprisingly enough, after having studied for several
years and securing a stable career in the health profession Julie
shocked her family and friends by announcing in 1987 she would forsake
all for a new career in finance . . . in the non-bank field.
Initially Julie thought this would be a fun aside for a
year or two. Now she admits how much she enjoys helping clients buy and
refinance property, restructure their loans and plan new ways to assist
them acquire real estate. It is challenging and fun.
Julie's clients think of her as their non-bank manager.
She knows and understands them and their business and therefore can have
finance approved quickly and effectively when the need arises.
On a personal note, Julie enjoys a laugh (she likes playing golf), tennis and reading.
