David joined Balmain in 2007 after a distinguished banking career spanning 25 years. Most recently he held the position of ACT Regional Manager for the Commonwealth Bank. Prior to this he held senior roles in business development, portfolio management and credit for the National Australia Bank.
With industry qualifications including Bachelor of Business, Fellow FINSIA and MFAA, plus lending specific qualifications, David has the knowledge to professionally handle your transaction.

Col joined the team at Balmain in July 2010 after 11 years with St George Bank. He has been an ACT resident for 35 years.
He has over 20 years experience in providing Property Finance and is highly regarded by a range of clients, from large public companies to small family businesses. Col is a specialist in development funding, including multi-units, subdivisions and staged projects.
His experience also includes funding the purchase of commercial investment properties, both large and small. His goal is to get the best possible deal for his client, whilst making the process as stress-free as possible.
