The Borrower contacted Balmain after having been let down by a major bank that varied their presale hurdle over the course of the marketing campaign and a non-bank which changed its loan terms after works commenced on site.

Despite the challenge of the majority of the presale contract sunset dates occurring within 6 months of anticipated completion, Balmain backed the developer to deliver the project on time.
