The Deal

Client initially had the cash reserves to pay for the build in full, but then had unrelated business expenses arise during the build. Client determined he needed finance to assist in the completion of the build. Traditional banks were approached, but were reluctant to assist because project was mid-build and servicing was marginal. Balmain were happy to assist in finance, approving and settling transaction in short period and this allowed the build to keep progressing and avoid any delays.
