Release of equity secured with englobo land

The Borrower obtained Council approval for a master planned estate and was seeking funding for estate infrastructure and to advance town planning approvals for future stages of the development.

Balmain provided funding secured by an englobo parcel of land to enable the Borrower to progress the project and allow for traditional construction funding for the development of individual stages of the estate.

Funding was provided through the Balmain Mortgage Fund.
