With over two decades of experience in senior roles within Financial Services and Regulated industries, Louise brings a wealth of experience to the table. Her journey encompasses the core Finance disciplines as well as Enterprise & Operational Risk and IT/Transformation project delivery. A values-orientated leader, Louise possesses a passion for driving transformation journeys and initiatives.

Louise joined Balmain in November 2022, assuming the role of Group CFO. Prior to this she was COO/CFO at eftpos Payments Australia Limited leading a number of transformation initiatives across Finance, Risk and IT Project Delivery, underscoring her versatile leadership capabilities.

Her qualifications include CAANZ, CIMA and AICD certifications.
