Throughout his career, Lucas has been EY Oceania’s Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction Knowledge Leader, managed ANZ Bank’s exposure and product offering, directed investment for a technology platform connecting global capital with real estate and been the Responsible Investment Manager for real estate and construction funds.

Lucas holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Postgraduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA.
