Luke Sullivan

Luke has a wealth of experience across all real estate asset classes including listed and privately held commercial properties.

He joined Balmain after a successful 15 year real estate career working in Sydney, New York, London and Hong Kong. Luke’s last role was the Senior Vice President at Cohen & Steers, a leading New York based fund, where he invested in Asia-Pacific real estate. Prior to that, Luke worked for Citigroup analysing Australian real estate companies.

Since returning to Canberra, Luke has re-established himself in the local real estate market. Growing up in Canberra, he has a good knowledge of local markets.

He uses his financing and negotiating skills to create value for his clients. With the ability to think outside of vanilla financing structures, he can assist on many levels.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Law and Economics from Australian National University.

Outside of the office, Luke is a keen golfer, mountain bike rider and father of two.
