UNIQUE FEATURE OF THE DEAL

• Balmain was able to negotiate with the lender to provide an increased leverage (75% LVR) to the borrower to assist in the purchase of an industrial property on the Gold Coast. This negotiation was supported by the borrower securing a strong credit grade tenant on a long term lease.
