  • Balmain was able to refinance a large property portfolio tied up by an existing lender. The portfolio consisted of various tenanted commercial investment properties as well as future development sites. By refinancing the debt, Balmain was able to release a number of developments leaving them unencumbered in preparation for development funding whilst reducing the borrower’s interest rate.
