Luxury Residential Portfolio Refinance

The Borrower approached Balmain seeking funding against two luxury residential properties to release funds for investment opportunities.

The Borrower was a recent entrant to Australia on a provisional visa and therefore was unable to access mainstream funding. Balmain provided a loan for a sufficient period to enable the Borrower to prepare business financial statements and allow for an eventual bank refinance.

Funding was provided through the Balmain Mortgage Fund.
