The Borrower approached Balmain looking to refinance and repatriate some equity to fund pre-development works in relation to the subject site.

The loan was secured by a vacant site that holds DA for a 10-level mixed use building comprising of 122 residential apartments and 4 ground floor retail units.

Funding was provided through the Balmain Mortgage Fund with a view of providing construction funding in due course.
