The Borrower was seeking funding to commence construction of an 'Over 55’s' village. Due to the nature of the buyer of this type of product, selling off the plan was not a feasible strategy and traditional funding was not available.
Balmain provided funding without a presale requirement to enable the Borrower to commence construction and build display villas to provide a competitive advantage of selling completed stock rather than off the plan.
Funding was provided through the Balmain Mortgage Fund.
