Jenni Neumann

Jenni holds a Bachelor of Business with a Graduate of AICD. She currently has nearly 30 years of experience in a variety of senior management and operational roles, in various industries including Banking and Finance, Education and Retail Energy across the world.

Previously, Jenni was the Senior Vice President at Bridge Information Systems (USA), where she oversaw the integration of 8 global companies acquired over 3 years. Joining Reuters in 2001 as an Executive Vice President, she successfully managed business transitions and integrations of companies with annual revenues ranging from up to US$200m+ before returning to Australia in 2006.  

Thereafter, she continued to work in strategy and transformational roles in energy and education before joining Balmain in 2017 as the Head of Change and Transition, where she had played a key role in the process of the transition of owners in the d’Albora Marina business, and was then appointed COO in late 2018.
