Shane Craig

Shane has some 35 years of extensive experience in the property industry where he started as a Property Valuer.

His first 15 years were spent undertaking property development feasibilities and valuations on all classes of property for International Real Estate Agencies. He then gained a further 20 years experience in property lending and construction finance with both bank and non-bank lenders.

Shane joined Balmain in 2022 and is the Co-Head of Credit managing portfolios with an aggregate value exceeding $3 billion. He is based in the Brisbane Office and regularly visits the other Balmain offices.
