Gavin established Balmain Central Coast Hunter office in 2000 to service the rapidly growing Central Coast and Hunter Regions, but has a keen interest in the Greater Sydney Market. Currently, he specialises in large scale commercial, industrial & retail investment and development loans, acting for well-established Private Families, High Net Worth’s, Property Trusts, REITs & Syndicators.

Gavin has provided Senior & Mezzanine Debt, Stretch Senior, plus Equity, to some of the most successful residential developments in NSW, and given the rapidly expanding aged care industry, Gavin has also provided finance services for retirement villages, aged care facilities and manufactured housing estates.

Dealing and Structuring to suit the Capital Stack requirements of the most experienced Property Developers, is a necessary and desired skill at Balmain.
