George Atsalakis

George's wealth of experience within the Bank and Non-Bank sectors of property finance provide him with the ability to source the best tailored funding solutions for his clients' funding requirements.

Since 2018, George has been a partner of the Balmain Sydney West Office. With over 15 years of experience in commercial property investment and development finance, he has a very strong understanding of construction and provides his clients with unique and innovative solutions with their project finance requirements.

During 2020, whilst in the peak of the Covid-19 lockdown period, George assisted with the development funding to construct a large formal retail shopping centre in Western Sydney when all other funders had ceased lending on the subject asset class. The project was successfully completed in August 2021 and sold to a ASX listed wealth and superannuation fund manager for $68.0MM.
