After having studied for several years and securing a stable career in the health profession, Julie appalled her family and friends by announcing in 1987 that she would forsake everything for a new career in finance, in the non-banking field.

Initially, Julie thought this would be a short-term career of 1-2 years, but pursued her career in finance further, as she truely enjoys the challenging and fun nature of helping clients buy and refinance property, restructure their loans and plan new ways to assist them acquire real estate.

Julie's clients think of her as their non-bank manager, as she understands them on the personal and business level, which helps her have their finance approved quickly and effectively.

On a personal note, Julie enjoys sports such as golf and tennis, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
