Rocky Cheng

Rocky has over 17 years of experience in the banking industry across commercial, corporate and institutional banking as well as structured finance. In his most recent role as Executive in the Property Finance team at CBA, Rocky managed a group of HNW investors, family offices and property funds customers. Rocky grew the portfolio into the largest in VIC.

Rocky is specialised in development finance. His expertise also spans various areas including land banking, residual stock loan, mezzanine and equity funding solutions.

Rocky holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking Finance and Risk Management from Griffith University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Monash University.
