The Deal

A development facility loan of $33.4MM was provided to refinance the existing loan secured by the development site in Tuggerah, NSW, offering a further $24.8MM to fund the development of nine (9) large format retail units and two (2) fast food drive-through tenancies to be known as ‘The Pacific Centre’.

Balmain provided an increased leverage solution to the Borrowers due to their previous solid development experience and high level of pre-commitments with national retail and fast food tenants.
